Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and curious Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-backed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic action by uncovering hidden trends, optimizing core business processes, and identifying growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with various departments—ranging from operations to product—to build automated reporting dashboards, measure project success, and deliver critical ad-hoc insights to leadership. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives on solving ambiguous challenges and possesses the storytelling ability to translate complex numerical findings into clear, impactful business recommendations
Job Requirement:
To be successful in this role, you must have strong proficiency in advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation, along with hands-on experience building interactive dashboards in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. You hold a degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics, and possess a proven track record of handling large, transactional datasets with high accuracy. While proficiency in Python or R for statistical programming is highly preferred, a foundational understanding of data modeling principles and excellent communication skills are strictly required to effectively collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
