Job Description:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements and learning objectives.
  • Ensure seamless execution of training programs, including logistics, participant communication, and post-training follow-ups.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees, interns, or other target audiences as required.
  • Develop, update, and improve training content, presentations, manuals, and learning materials.
  • Design new training modules and learning programs based on business requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and training reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training methodologies.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Support continuous learning initiatives and recommend improvements to existing training processes.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
  • 1–4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
  • Experience in creating training content, presentations, and learning modules.
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
  • Ability to adapt training methods for different learning styles and audiences.
