Job Description:
Responsibilities:
● Sourcing and Attracting Talent:
o various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source qualified candidates.
o Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
o Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract top talent.
● Screening and Selection:
o Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
o Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the position. o Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate suitability and make recommendations for further consideration.
o Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
● Candidate Relationship Management:
o Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
o Build and maintain relationships with candidates to establish a talent pool for future opportunities.
o Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide feedback when necessary.
● Collaboration and Communication:
o Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
o Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with candidates and hiring teams.
o Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns.
● Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Strategy:
o Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance our organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
o Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
o Provide input and suggestions to improve the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.
Job Requirement:
Requirement:
● Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
● Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
● Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks.
● Attention to detail and ability to make informed decisions.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
