Job Description:
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take ownership of our brand’s visual language across platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks conceptually, executes fast, and understands how design drives brand recall and business outcomes.
You’ll work closely with the brand, marketing, and content teams to create high-impact visuals that are consistent, bold, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity across digital and offline assets
- Design creatives for social media, campaigns, ads, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Translate briefs into strong concepts, layouts, and executions
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
- Mentor and guide junior designers (if applicable)
- Coordinate with marketing/content teams to meet tight timelines
- Ensure all designs are production-ready and high quality
Job Requirement:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design (brand/agency/startup experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand-focused and campaign work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to think both strategically and creatively
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work fast without compromising quality
