Job Description:
- Ensure accurate and timely daily reporting, including expenses, master sheets, logistics, and data uploads.
- Oversee all data-sharing activities and maintain organized, error-free media repositories.
- Coordinate with field teams during deployments, ensuring real-time updates and strict SOP compliance.
- Manage travel, stay arrangements, transport logistics, and event-day operational requirements.
- Handle procurement requests, asset tracking, maintenance schedules, and monthly inventory reconciliation.
- Act as the communication bridge between field teams and internal managers to ensure clarity and quick turnaround.
- Provide coverage support during peak events, emergencies, absences, and high-pressure situations.
- Maintain strict compliance with all internal policies and immediately escalate delays or operational risks.
- Mentor, guide, and oversee Field Admins to ensure consistency and quality in operational workflows.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Management, Mass Communication, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in field operations, event coordination, or administrative/operational management
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and digital data-management tools
