Job Description:

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a holistic social media strategy aligned with brand objectives, campaign calendars, and target audience behavior.
  • Translate broader marketing goals into platform-specific plans across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and emerging channels like Threads or Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create monthly/weekly content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and brand tone.

Content & Community Management

  • Guide the ideation and creation of compelling, platform-native content (static, video, interactive).
  • Ensure real-time engagement with audiences and community management that’s responsive and consistent.
  • Monitor conversations, brand mentions, and trends to identify moment marketing opportunities.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Own the reporting and performance analysis of all social media platforms using native tools and third-party analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights, Semrush, Google Analytics).
  • Set clear KPIs for organic growth, engagement, reach, and conversions, and continuously optimize efforts based on data.
  • Create weekly/monthly dashboards and share insights with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Platform Expertise & Innovation

  • Stay updated with algorithm changes, new platform features, and emerging formats; experiment with innovative approaches to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Propose new tools or technologies that can enhance performance, scheduling, or listening.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of social media executives, and interns.
  • Facilitate internal reviews, training, and performance check-ins to ensure a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with Brand, PR, Performance Marketing, and Creative to ensure cross-channel synergy.


Job Requirement:

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–7 years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably in a consumer-facing brand or digital agency.
  • Proven track record of delivering organic growth and engagement through strategic and tactical efforts.
  • Deep knowledge of social platform algorithms, content types, audience behavior, and best practices.
  • Strong command of analytics tools, and ability to draw actionable insights from data.
  • Prior experience in leading a social media team; able to balance team oversight with personal execution.
