Job Description:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.


Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels.


Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.


Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.


Manage candidate communication, feedback, and status updates.


Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate data.


Create job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms.


Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.


Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.


Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.



Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or in-house).


Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).


Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently.


Strong negotiation and closing skills.
