Job Description:
Role Summary
Execute daily IT operations, user support, and broadcast setups with precision. Research before escalation, follow SOPs, and maintain detailed documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle first-line support for systems, network, and user issues.
- Build and configure PCs; verify licenses and installations.
- Support studio operations: vMix input setup, NDI source checks, teleprompter, and lighting readiness.
- Manage NAS data transfers and backups.
- Perform preventive maintenance and log updates in ERP.
- Use AI tools to assist troubleshooting, documentation, and process automation responsibly.
Job Requirement:
Required Skills
- Windows administration and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Fortinet basics and broadcast tools (vMix/NDI).
- Strong research skills using AI and technical resources.
- Documentation accuracy and ERP workflow adherence.
Experience
- 1–3 years in IT or production support.

- Ticket SLA ≥ 95 %
- First-contact resolution ≥ 70 %
- Documentation/SOP score ≥ 90 %
- Escalation accuracy ≥ 95 %
