Job Description:

• Help facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete necessary paperwork and receive orientation materials.

• Support HR staff in maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, company events, and team-building initiatives.

• Handle routine inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR - related concerns.

• Contribute to the implementation of HR projects and initiatives such as performance reviews, employee feedback surveys, and training sessions.

• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

• Participate in discussions related to employee relations and contribute insights on employee morale and workplace culture.

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information.

Job Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Basic knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and best practices is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
