Job Description:
1. Content Strategy & Brand Voice
Understand and sometimes define content strategies for brand campaigns, digital activations, and long-form projects.
Establish brand tone of voice and content guidelines for different clients and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
Collaborate with strategy, planning, and creative teams to shape communication that meets campaign goals.
2. Creative Supervision
Lead the conceptualisation, writing, and editing of high-quality content across ads, social media, web, video scripts, branded content, ATL/BTL materials, and more.
Oversee a team of writers, editors, and freelancers, mentoring them in ideation, execution, and craft.
Review and refine all key content deliverables to ensure clarity, creativity, and strategic alignment.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Content strategists, creative directors, art teams, planners, Brand managers, and clients to co-create campaigns.
Translate complex briefs into actionable content roadmaps and creative narratives.
Present and defend content ideas and campaigns to clients with conviction and clarity.
4. Performance & Innovation
Track content effectiveness through performance metrics, audience feedback, and platform trends.
Stay updated on language trends, cultural cues, digital storytelling techniques, and advertising innovations.
Continuously elevate the agency’s standard of English content through experimentation and refinement.
Job Requirement:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) in advertising, media, digital content, or publishing.
Outstanding command over the English language, grammar, style, and creative expression.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of copy and content work across campaigns and formats.
Experience in managing and mentoring writing/content teams.
Ability to think conceptually, write compellingly, and communicate persuasively.
Familiarity with SEO principles, social media trends, and content performance tools is a plus.
