Job Description:
Job Title: Project Manager (Technology)
Department: Technology
Reporting To: Management/Head of Technology
Role Summary
The Project Manager will partner closely with Fluidscapes’ Management and Departmental Managers to plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time and as per defined requirements. The role requires hands-on ownership of project execution, strong stakeholder coordination, and effective use of project management tools and frameworks to drive predictable delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects from initiation to closure.
- Translate business and functional requirements into detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple tech initiatives.
- Drive execution using structured project management methodologies such as Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall, based on project needs.
- Actively use project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Facilitate regular project reviews, sprint reviews, stand-ups, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure quality, documentation, and adherence to defined delivery and governance standards.
Job Requirement:
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience managing technology or digital projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional project management frameworks.
- Practical experience with tools such as Wrike, Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
