Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive with 5+ years of experience to lead and expand our presence across schools, junior colleges, and higher educational institutions in Mumbai.

Job Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Business Development

- Design and execute business development strategies.

- Identify high-potential institutions and build outreach plans.

- Manage end-to-end sales cycle.


2. School & College Tie-ups

- Engage with principals, trustees, and decision-makers.

- Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops.

- Drive long-term institutional partnerships.


3. Revenue Ownership

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

- Negotiate and close deals effectively.


4. Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with institutions.

- Ensure repeat business and retention.


5. Team Collaboration

- Work with internal teams for execution.

- Mentor junior team members if required.


6. Market Intelligence

- Track trends and competitor activities.

- Identify new opportunities.


7. Reporting

- Maintain KPI tracking and CRM updates.


Key Requirements:

- 5+ years experience in Business Development / Sales

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Experience in education sector preferred

- Willingness for fieldwork in Mumbai


Compensation:

- Fixed salary + incentives
